Beginning at Houston Lighting & Power in the early 1970s, Steve Collier has worked as an employee of or a consultant to energy, telecommunications and information technology companies in the US and abroad. He is presently the VP of Business Development for Milsoft Utility Solutions. Steve has BSEE and MSEE degrees from the University of Houston and Purdue University, respectively.
